Order of Tri Kings Policy
These Policies are to protect the brand and nature of the Order of Tri Kings across all platforms, and servers managed by the Order of Tri Kings Organization. These policies are to never be removed, only altered. The changes can only come from the agreement of the current standing Tri-Kings position of Order of Tri Kings. All members and anyone associated with the Order for Tri Kings must follow these policies.

Usage of Logos and Names
“Order Of Tri Kings” name, logo, affiliated names, and logos are to never be unauthorized used without the approval of the Founders of Order of Tri Kings, or those holding the title Tri-Kings. We own all rights to Logos, and names that were designed for the usage or representation of Order of Tri Kings. This includes but is not limited to the following divisions; Order of Tri Queens, Order of Tri Queens’ Logo, Order of Knight Riders, and Order of Knights’ Logo, Order of Tri Kings Tournaments, and Order of Tri Kings Tournament Logo. Any unauthorized usage of the Order Of Tri Kings and affiliates will result in a request of stoppage, or possible legal actions taken upon the individual(s).

Design Changes
The “Order Of Tri Kings' ' and Its affiliates' names and Logos are not to be modified for personal or business usage without clear and a written agreement, or clear authorization from the founders, or standing Tri-King's position holders. This includes but is not limited to the following divisions; Order of Tri Queens, Order of Tri Queens’ Logo, Order of Knight Riders, and Order of Knights’ Logo, Order of Tri Kings Tournaments, and Order of Tri Kings Tournament Logo. Any unauthorized usage of the Order Of Tri Kings and affiliates will result in a request of stoppage, or possible legal actions taken upon the individual(s).
Policy 1.3
Other Organization, Division, Companies, Social Media, and Etc.
Creation of another organization with the effect of mass recruitment of multiple standing Order of Tri King members, that is not approved by a majority rule agreement of the ranks Knight General, and Tri-King, will not be allowed for any active members of Order of Tri Kings. This includes but not limited to, Creation of another Clan, the Creations of an unauthorized Division or program, Personal Servers or websites, Public servers or websites, Private servers or websites, or any Social Media. No advertisement of those said but not limited too, will not be allowed within the organizations of “Order Of Tri Kings” and affiliate programs, and departments.
Order of Tri Kings Server Rules and Community Requirements
The following are “Order of Tri Kings” Rules and Regulations.
These are to be followed and will be strictly enforced.
We have an Age Restriction of the age of 18+. Our goal is to keep a mature Community for our current members.
Rule 1: Trust, Honor, Respect
These are the three tenants that are to be lived by whether it be in the game, or in real life.
Trust: To be honest to your fellow teammates. Never deceiving and always believing a member above all others. We are not just a clan, we are a family.
Honor: To always harbor good feelings and uplifting behavior towards each other. We are here to bring you up, not take you down.
Respect: To accept your fellow members for who they are and abide by their personal rules. If someone doesn't want to be treated a certain way then respect him/her and don't do it.
Rule 2: No Racism
The race, creed, or religion of a member shall not be the topic of jokes, cruel remarks, or insults. Disrespect of any kind over race, creed, or religion is an automatic suspension.
Rule 3: No Lying or Cheating
Honesty is pretty self-explanatory. Don't do or say anything that even comes close to be considered as lying or cheating in-game or in the forums.
Rule 4: No Sexism
The gender of an OTK member shall not be the topic of jokes, cruel remarks, or insults. Disrespect of any kind over gender is an automatic suspension.
Rule 5: No Disrespect towards leaders
This is a major NO-NO. If you disrespect an appointed high ranking Officer of OTK, you will be dealt with in a manner more severe than a normal rule-breaking. Possible termination and banning. IN ANY CASE, THIS RULE CAN and WILL be overruled by a King using discipline towards a General or Colonel
Rule 6: Gamer Tags
We do not require any member to change their name to represent the clan. We encourage members to use their own gamer tags as long as it stays within the rules or regulations of the game and system guidelines that they wish to play. We request each member to refrain from using vulgar wording in their names.
Rule 7: In-game Clan Tags
All members of OTK are to wear the OTK clan tag when they are in-game together. Most games allow for three characters at the beginning of the gamer tag and OTK all caps will be the standard.
Rule 8: Rage Quitting
Rage Quitting is expressly prohibited when playing in a group of members from Order of Tri Kings. When in-game, regardless of what the score is or your personal score, finish the game with pride and continue on to the next one. If it's a group decision to leave in the middle of the game, personal emergency, Loss of Connections, or Power Outage then that is justified and not considered "rage quitting". If problems of those do happen a lot around the same nature of having a "bad game", then it may be subject to "Rule 3".
Rule 9: Social Media
While being a member of OTK, we suggest you like or subscribe to all OTK social media sites. You can promote OTK and in an effort to gain more followers for the clan. We are not only a clan but also a brand and promotion is key to our success. Any social media post of OTK must be done to help grow the clan and not harm the image of the community.
Rule 10: Recruiting
Recruiting for OTK is done by everyone, but only the leadership can accept recruits to the clan. Each new member of the clan must conduct an interview with a higher-up or member of the welcome party. Whoever recruited the new member will be their mentor and show and tell them how OTK works. That person is responsible for all actions of the new member.
Rule 11: No Soliciting
Absolutely no request of funding or Donations used for but not limited to personal, or business will be allowed within the Community, Server, Website, Social Media, Events, or anything that carries the name “Order Of Tri Kings” or our affiliates. Any individual(s) must be granted approval from the founders, or from a member that is holding a standing Tri-King position.
Punishment:
1st Rule Break:
Verbal Warning
2nd Rule Breaks:
Suspension. Meaning, not allowed to play or converse with Members for the time allotted by the present leader. You will be silenced by the Kings. If you do try to force your way into playing or even conversing with other members, you will be removed from OTK.
3rd Rule Breaks:
Automatic Suspension.
The level of Rule Breakage will be determined and agreed upon by the higher-ups.
The following will result in automatic suspensions:

Redeeming Yourself:
If you were convicted falsely and can provide substantial proof while suspended you may bring this to the OTK Leader who carried out your punishment.
If you were terminated and feel that you have changed. You can reapply to OTK after 1 month of termination.
If you were banned from OTK, you must get the approval of every OTK member and King to remove the banning. Once removed you are on termination status and will have a chance to reapply after 1 month.
If you are Blacklisted you cannot rejoin OTK and there is no way around it. Blacklisting only happens in the most extreme cases and requires approval from all leaders.
Reason for rules: These rules may be harsh but they are very easy to follow. If you break them, it simply states that you do not have Trust, Honor, or Respect.
